There are at least 39 reasons why we gain fat and increase size. But it is a common misconception that overweight and fat gain is completely down to over-eating. There are many more reasons and lifestyle habits that cause or contribute to overweight. Physical intolerances to yeast, wheat or dairy products and psychological reasons such as emotional stress and trauma can have an immense affect on our body weight. The three prime causes of fat and size gain are stress, an emotional imbalance, Cortisol, a hormonal imbalance and finally candida, which is a physical intolerance and the largest culprit of size and fat increase.

Yvonne's exclusive ©Lifelong Weight Control Programme starts with an initial 8 consultation course, the first four of which are fact-finding one hour sessions although clients start reducing fat from day one. The remaining sessions are half hourly by which time clients are enjoying a steep learning curve through working on the programme at home with materials Yvonne provides and through applying the methods that Yvonne teaches. Yvonne addresses body functions, hormonal balance, nutritional values and food intolerances whilst advising on personal MRDA (Minimum Recommended Daily Allowance) of the food groups.
