What is holistic?
The word “holistic” is derived from the Greek “holos” meaning “whole” and as such, focuses on addressing the whole person, incorporating mind, body and spirit.

Treatment Procedure
Initially begins with a 15-minute private consultation ascertaining any health issues you would like addressed and your personal requirements. This enables us to prepare your unique course of treatment. Progressive consultations will be carried out after completion of each treatment. The hands-on, one-hour treatment using health orientated oils as opposed to essential oils, focusing on deep tissue massage of your entire body including your face. Its is similar to our Swedish Massage, but with one major difference; it deals with finding the source of many health issues in order to address the cause rather than the symptom.
